These terms govern your use of Fafau Reserve, a booking platform operated by Fafau Ventures. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Our role and the venue’s role
Fafau Reserve provides the account, booking, and venue administration tools. Each venue supplies its own spaces, opening times, prices, payment instructions, customer service, and any venue-specific rules. Your use of a booked space and any venue-specific conditions are between you and that venue. Contact the venue for questions about its facilities, accessibility, changes, or refunds.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and use an account only if you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for activity through your account, except where the law provides otherwise. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Venue administrators must use customer information only to manage their venue and bookings and must give access only to authorised staff.
Bookings and availability
A booking request is subject to the venue’s availability and confirmation process. A slot being shown as available does not guarantee a booking until the request has been recorded; bookings may remain pending until the venue checks payment and confirms them. Review the displayed date, time, timezone, venue, price, and payment instructions before requesting a booking. The venue may set its own booking windows, cancellation rules, and other conditions, which should be provided to you before you book.
Prices, payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices and currencies are set by the venue and shown before you request a booking. Where the venue asks for bank transfer, pay only using the instructions shown by that venue and provide a transaction reference when requested. A submitted reference is not proof that the venue received funds. The venue handles payment confirmation, cancellations, and refunds under its disclosed rules and applicable law. If those rules are not clear, ask the venue before paying. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not make fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, misuse other people’s data, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access, investigate misuse, or remove bookings made through abuse when reasonably necessary to protect users, venues, or the platform.
Service changes and availability
We may change, maintain, or suspend parts of the service and will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes. Technical issues may occasionally interrupt access. If a booking or payment status is unclear, contact the venue before making another payment.
Responsibility and applicable rights
We take reasonable care in providing the platform. The venue remains responsible for its own facilities and services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor a venue are responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will show the current date above; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
